Requirements


  • 4+ years of relevant commercial experience.

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Experience with bash and git.

  • Engineering mindset.

  • Experience in applying Software Engineering good practices (code reviews, testing, SOLID principles).

  • Understanding of Machine Learning process (training, validation, evaluation, inference, cross-validation, metrics).

  • Proficiency in English.



You get extra points for experience with:



  • Big Data or Large Machine Learning processing pipelines.

  • MLOps environments.

  • KServe, Kubernetes and Docker.

  • NumPy, pandas, PyTorch.

  • AWS cloud.

  • Nextflow.

  • Data visualization tools.

  • Drug Discovery / Cheminformatics / Biomedical imaging / Phenotypic screening data 

  • Working in a Scrum team.

Join Ardigen as a Machine Learning Engineer to innovate in drug discovery through AI and phenotypic screening. Our mission is to accelerate the process of developing lifesaving treatments. You'll play a key role in crafting and improving Machine Learning systems that are supporting the efforts of optimal drug design. In this specific project, we implement a hybrid work model, with 2 days on-site (Kraków) and 3 days of remote flexibility.
