Operations Analyst, WROCŁAW
What will you need:
- Excellent English spoken and written,
- Advanced Microsoft skills including Excel,
- Demonstrate credibility, professionalism and decisiveness,
- Experience working with services sales and delivery teams,
- Experience working with contracts.
What will put you ahead:
- Additional EMEA language (German, French, Spanish or Italian),
- Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field,
- Experience in Operations.
Infor is seeking a highly motivated person, with an eye for detail, and analytical skills who will join our Team of Operations professionals.
The Team supports the services sales, Project Managers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity creation and management through contract processing and through delivery and project closure.
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for working closely with an analytics and reporting team to help facilitate and provide data for reporting.
