Responsibilities:
* Active sales of recruitment services - in an end-to-end model;
* Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients (business, CTO, HR);
* Analysis of the market and its trends;
* Management and support of the recruitment team (from 2 to 4 people);
* Management and optimization of recruitment processes;
* Support and sharing of knowledge with Mid/Junior Account Menagers;
* Responsibility for the financial result of the company
