Senior Business Analyst, CENTRUM KRAKÓW

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Determine control standards required for regulatory reporting process specific to STDF
• Determine gaps / completeness of controls processes across the stress testing population for each exercise working jointly with operating process analysts
• Work with report owners in the Business to enhnance the controls to a required standard and to make proposals in order to bring reporting templates to full compliance
• Document control processes in relevant systems of record (training will be provided)
• Work closely with other workstreams and core process owners to track controls and compliance items through to resolution

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Strong Controls focused business analysis and documentation background and experience in similar roles (a minimum of 7 years’ prior experience)
• Proven record of documenting and verifying controls in previous capacity
• Ability to engage with new stakeholders, obtain the necessary information, lead process discussions and close / document gaps
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Demonstrable business analysis and business process skills
• Ability to document and communicate concepts, flows, designs in a clear and concise fashion
