Job Description:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Diffco, you will develop and enhance our web applications using the T3 Stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js, tRPC, Prisma). You will collaborate closely with our design and backend teams to create high-performance, scalable, and future-ready applications that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using the T3 stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, tRPC, and Prisma.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and to enhance application performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across a broad spectrum of devices.
• Contribute ideas for technological enhancements and improvements to the platform architecture.
• Stay informed about developments in web applications and programming languages, particularly within the T3 stack ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, particularly with the T3 stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js, tRPC, Prisma).
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience with server-side logic using tRPC and managing database interactions with Prisma.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries (e.g., Sass, Less, Webpack).
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
