Senior Software Engineer Developer Experience, WARSAW

OUR IDEAL SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER WILL HAVE:

  • Strong passion for making developers highly productive.

  • 8+ years industry experience developing tools and backend services.

  • A track record of flawless technical execution.

  • Excellent problem solving skills, and strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.

  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go, Java, C++.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate well.

  • A strategic mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal English language skills.


BONUS POINTS FOR EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:



  • Experience working on enterprise-grade build systems like Bazel.

  • Experience with public clouds and Kubernetes.

  • Multi-tenant systems, with a focus on reliability, performance, isolation and security.

  • Base salary

The total target monthly compensation range for this job is 30 000 - 60 000 PLN. The final compensation offered will vary based on individual experience, skills, and job-based knowledge.
