For one of our Clients - a leading international tobacco company - we are currently looking for:

• Format and standardize raw data from various sources for transfer to the system


• Perform volume transfers and/or other calculations and approve completed preparations with appropriate responsible colleagues


• Performs uploads and/or correction of the data in PowerBI as necessary. Updates relevant reports


• Performs Retail Audits (facings counting, Distribution/Product presence, prices ) & attaches PDF files of the shop photos into the system


• Prepares documents for each activity/process, updates documents for any change


• Creates new products & updates new and existing accounts


• Checks correctness of new data available in PowerBI


• Proactively analyzes all data for consistency, integrity, accuracy and ontime

• Higher diploma, University degree or equivalent experience


• Fluent knowledge of English - at least B2 level


• Advanced knowledge of Excel


• Numerical skills, analytical mindset, computer skills, problem Solving


• PowerBI experience is a plus

• Hybrid working model in Warsaw


• Cooperation based on the employment contract


• Employment contract until December 2024 (with the possibility of extension)


• Monday - Friday: 9:00-17:00
