Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Take end-to-end accountability for determining solutions on assigned projects.
• Develop a deep understanding of the architecture to efficiently gather all functional requirements.
• Act as a coordinator to bridge the gap between Business, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Prepare and maintain business analysis artifacts, including architectural diagrams and Functional Requirement Documents, adhering to internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Application Owners for functional requirements reviews.
• Assist in project integration and provide support during testing.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst position.
• Previous experience within the banking industry is essential.
• Exposure to various SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent Business Analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey business requirements clearly to various stakeholders, including senior-level professionals.
• Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between Business, Operations, and Technology.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and SharePoint.
• Proficient in preparing Business Analysis artifacts, including architectural and data flow diagrams.
• Experience in regulatory project management, with domain knowledge of consumer banking and investment products.
