Technical Manager, KRAKÓW


  • Experience in cooperation with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams(e.g. different time zones) + 8 years

  • Experience in building cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or similar) or other distributed systems

  • Proven experience working as an engineering leader (engineering manager or technical leader)

  • Comfortable in working with people as well as on technical tasks 

  • Ability to identify roadblocks and drive them promptly to resolution

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English

  • Practical experience with Agile and Scrum

  • Practical knowledge of one of the following languages would be an additional asset: Java -preferred, .Net Core/C# or RUST, C++
