  • Windows Server management · Azure Administration & deployment experience

  • SQL Server administration and troubleshooting

  • IIS administration and troubleshooting · Experience working with ticketing/task tracking systems

  • Azure cloud computing

The Orbus Technical Support Engineer team is growing. We are opening European hub in Katowice, hiring entire new team of six, along the Product Development Team of 30. As part of our Tech Support team, you will combine an expertise of Azure Cloud and Windows server technologies with excellent written and verbal communication skills to help support our customer base in EMEA and North America and internal customers via email and phone support. You will collaborate with our Software Development, Product Management, Customer Success and Account Management teams. You will be deploying Cloud and On-Premise enterprise applications creating and managing Azure infrastructure. Working with Azure AD and Office365 administration.
