Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Web Developer with a deep understanding and expertise in WordPress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing websites that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. This role demands a blend of creative and technical skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences through well-crafted WordPress sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new features and functionalities for WordPress websites, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and in line with current web standards.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to fulfill specific requirements and enhance website performance and security.
• Conduct website performance tests, troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress, themes, and plugins.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and to integrate new design features.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress development and security.
• Manage all technical aspects of the CMS, including setting up WordPress installations, configuring and optimizing servers for WordPress, and ensuring efficient database management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members on WordPress-related queries.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a deep knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom development.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with PHP and MySQL, specifically related to WordPress development.
• Familiarity with website architecture and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of best practices in website security and experience implementing security measures for WordPress sites.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working WordPress pages.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
