Your Role:

• Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience[cite: 3]
• Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers[cite: 3]
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently[cite: 3]

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent German & English (C1), both written and spoken[cite: 3]
• 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role, handling air, rail, and accommodation bookings[cite: 3]
• 3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)[cite: 3]
