German Speaking Site Construction Manager – Hybrid, HAMBURG

For our projects in the Hamburg area, we are looking for an assertive and digitally-minded Site Manager / Construction Manager (m/f/d) to take the reins on-site, effective immediately.

Your Responsibilities

• Construction Supervision & Quality Assurance: You take charge of technical and visual inspections on-site, ensuring that all executed work strictly aligns with execution plans, specifications, and our quality standards.
• Trade Coordination: You communicate daily with subcontractors in a spirit of partnership to proactively prevent obstacles and delays.
• Schedule & Deadline Management: You meticulously monitor progress on-site to guarantee reliable adherence to the master schedule.
• Defect Management: You formally document any defects caused by subcontractors and track deadlines for proper rectification.
• Digital Documentation: You conduct weekly site inspections, create protocols and photo documentation, and manage them transparently via Google Workspace and our project management software.

Your Profile

• Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience in site management, ideally in structural engineering or with a focus on renovation projects (experience with energy-efficient renovation methods is a plus).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) as well as common construction management software. You genuinely enjoy helping shape digital processes.
• Communication: Business-fluent/native German skills (C1/C2) along with a confident, assertive, yet collaborative approach toward all project stakeholders.
• Mobility & Mindset: A valid driver's license and willingness to visit construction sites daily (on-site/office-first focus). A strong hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset complete your profile.
