We're Hiring: (Senior) M&A Manager (m/f/d) | Munich
Are you an experienced M&A professional who wants to combine deal-making with meaningful impact?
We're looking for a (Senior) M&A Manager to join a fast-growing healthcare company and help drive its nationwide acquisition strategy.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of acquisitions from first contact through negotiation and signing, while working closely with physicians, advisors, finance and senior leadership.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end acquisition process of medical practices and healthcare businesses
Build relationships with physician owners, brokers and other stakeholders
Lead negotiations directly with business owners
Coordinate external advisors across Legal, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence
Work with Finance to develop business cases, valuations and deal structures
Prepare and present acquisition opportunities to senior management and the Board
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and ensure timelines stay on track
Help expand a nationwide healthcare network through a structured buy-and-build strategy
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development or a start-up environment
Proven experience in M&A deal execution and negotiations
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with business owners and physicians
C2 German and B2 English
University degree required
Proactive, persistent, empathetic and entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in Healthcare / MedTech / Digital Health
Previous buy-and-build or healthcare consolidation experience
Experience working with physician-owned businesses or medical practices
Location & Working Model
Munich, Germany
Hybrid working model
Home office possible by agreement, with typically 1–2 days remote per week
Relocation to Munich expected over time
Compensation & Benefits
€60,000 – €120,000 gross annual salary
