Main Responsibilities:

• Develop clear guidelines and procedures addressing key aspects of DORA, including:
• Governance and oversight of digital operational resilience.
• Identification and classification of critical business services and associated IT systems.
• Establishment of effective incident management processes, encompassing reporting, escalation, and resolution.
• Requirements for testing and exercising resilience capabilities.
• Implementation of cybersecurity measures and controls to mitigate cyber threats and incidents.
• Development of third-party risk management protocols.

• Proficiency in collaborating with internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk management, IT, and legal teams.
• Strong understanding of digital operational resilience principles and best practices.
• Ability to tailor solutions to specific operational environments and regulatory obligations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
