Business Analyst, KRAKÓW


  • At least three years of experience in a similar position

  • The ability to analyze the needs and functional requirements of the client

  • Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing

  • Excellent communication skills, that will help you in work both with business users and technical developers

  • Focus on customer experience

  • Experience in working in agile IT environemnt

    • Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)

    • Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO)

    • Working with processes flow charts (BPMN, Use Case) and modeling tools (e.g. MS Visio, Mural, Miro)

    We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.


    Project focuses on development and maintenance of client's platform- portal aimed for external Users and partners, with ecommerce functionality, a view of Customer's installed base, support cases, service history, planned maintenance, technical documentation, training and spare parts information, and others.


    Daily work follows Kanban methodology with elements of SCRUM.


    Team consists of various roles, among others: Release Manager, Solution Architects, Dev, BAs, QAs, UX, Operations Team, DevOps Team.


    Main challenges come from the variety of systems behind portal, multiple sources of information, diverse types of integrations to be maintained and developed.

    ,[Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements and translate to implementation specifications of small enhancements or big projects , Gather high-level requirements and, along with dedicated Team members, prepare Initial project scope and estimates , Support the development team during the development process , Lead requirements gathering sessions and provide recommendations for team members and stakeholders , Support other Business Analysts (BA), Project Managers (PMs), and Release Manager (RM) to prioritize requirements and create application Roadmap , Work closely with Development and Quality Teams to ensure the quality of delivered software , Work closely with PMs during Project lifecycle, provide necessary input for discussions with Business and Planning sessions ] Requirements: Business Analyst, Communication skills, Kanban, Azure DevOps, BPMN, Visio, Miro Tools: .
