Cybersecurity Learning Coordinator Remote, CENTRUM KRAKÓW

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Conduct data analysis activities, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to identify, collect, organise, interpret, and manage certification and accreditation request data from cybersecurity colleagues.
• Contribute to the oversight, support, and management of certification and accreditation demand and delivery in alignment with the cybersecurity department's requests each year.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of certification and accreditation requests and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the certification and accreditation service/process.
• Work with stakeholders to implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload, ensuring a seamless experience for cybersecurity professionals.
• Collect and report on certification and accreditation metrics to update stakeholders on status of the program.
• Support team lead with the provision of monthly training insights and reporting across cybersecurity to support decision-making on training initiatives.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Experience coordinating training and awareness activities, preferably in cybersecurity or risk.
• Collaboration skills with stakeholders in a complex delivery environment.
• Process improvement and automation experience for service delivery enhancement.
• Proficiency in tools for internal communication, engagement, and training.
• Proficiency in relevant software packages like Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills for training metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities and adherence to deadline
