Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Lead the test team by providing a proper vision with a confirmed plan, strategy and a clear action.
• Ensure development projects are delivered on time, meet business requirements, and fulfil end-user requirements.
• Implement, maintain, and improve test team principles and strategy that address all aspects of the Test process.
• Define project level functional and non-functional test approaches.
• Define, manage and maintain regression test pack
• Ensure the test function follows an auditable robust process where controls can be evidenced.
• Create Project level Automation Framework and ensure test automation is used effectively
• Input into overall performance and NFR testing
• Coach test team in proper test procedure
• Work alongside business analysts, scrum masters and project managers
• Provide regular reports to senior management
• Provide test completion certification to move into Release process.
• Participate in project meetings with business and technical stakeholders to understand and deliver projects.
• Take responsibility for keeping test process relevant and up to date

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Hands on Testing experience and willingness to undertake manual and automation testing.
• Strong Test Lead experience
• Expert level at Jira and Zephyr test tooling
• Identification of test entry and exit criteria
• Good experience of test planning, reporting, co-ordination and execution of all test activities
• Defect management across all test phases and remediation activities including leading triage sessions for project specific bugs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience of automation testing tools including Selenium, Tosca and test data creation tooling
• Leadership skills
• Conflict management and problem resolution skills
• Positive team player working as part of a large programme

Desirable skills:

• Financial services experience
• Experience working within global distributed organisation
• Agile
• Previous experience within Identity and Access Management
