  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in roles involving data, such as SQL development, data analysis, architecture, reporting, data management, or modeling, with hands-on expertise in relevant technologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL programming and relational database systems.

  • Previous experience in creating business reports and dashboards.

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform products, particularly BigQuery and Data Studio.

  • Thorough grasp of SQL programming and relational database systems.

  • Proficiency in Python programming is a plus.

  • Capability in data visualization and designing dashboards.

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience using JIRA and Confluence.

  • Knowledge of the banking/financial services industry or shared services organizations.

  • Experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, or consulting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take proactive initiatives.

  • Experience conducting meetings in English via video or teleconference.
