Data Engineer, REMOTE


  • General understanding of all Data Management Areas (especially Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing)

  • Practical knowledge of SQL, experience with relational databases

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with MDM technology (e.g. Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, Talend) or DQ technology (e.g. Informatica Data Quality) or Metadata technology (e.g. Collibra)

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies

  • Good English spoken and written (at least B2 level)

  • Practical knowledge of Python

  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data in at least one of the following disease areas: oncology, neuro, immunology, infectious diseases, ophthalmology, cardiovascular and metabolism

  • Hands-on experience with real world data, specifically OMOP

    • ,[Designing and defining ARDs to support RQs, Collaborate with DSs to support the needs of data analysis, Implement ARDs, Document pipelines and mappings, Develop medical informatics pipelines, Oversee vendors engaged in developing pipelines, Defining standard approaches across INTONATE, Aligning with internal RWD projects, Document pipelines and mappings, Data extraction and integration with hospital systems, Working (with vendors) on NLP workflows, Designing data collection solutions for sites (i.e. registries)] Requirements: Data management, SQL, Informatica, Python Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, International projects.
