Data Engineer, WARSAW

For our customers, we are looking for a Data Engineer, who will be the key to our success. Working as a hands-on technical expert within the Global Data and Analytics team - the driving force behind Client's Data-Driven Marketing efforts. This is a mixed team of collaborative specialists covering data science and analysis, visualization, database structure, and engineering.

Project information:

• Office Location: Warsaw


• Remote work: 1 - 2 days from the office


• Budget: up to 130 PLN/net/h + VAT (Negotiable)

Project scope:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines for data science and analytics


• Automate processes to improve efficiency and data reliability


• Conduct thorough testing to ensure robust and accurate data solutions


• Optimize data structure for user experience and cost efficiency


• Create and update technical and user documentation


• Report on data quality and recommend cleansing improvements


• Implement methodologies for data matching and transformation

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in data and analytics team environments


• Proficiency in relational, graph, and NoSQL databases


• Technical expertise in Hadoop and associated technologies such as Python, Spark, HIVE, NoSQL, SQL, Dataiku, Talend, Linux, Java, Jenkins, Azure, S3, and others


• Familiarity with big data platforms and large datasets


• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences


• A collaborative mindset with ownership mentality


• Fluency in English and at least basic knowledge of Polish
