Delivery Manager, POZNAŃ

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager/Scrum Master who will oversee a substantial DevOps team consisting of approximately 15 engineers, divided into four smaller groups, each dedicated to specific operational areas. This structure demands a leader capable of managing multiple sub-teams while ensuring cohesion and streamlined processes across the board.

Project scope:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and delivery plans that align with client expectations and company goals. Ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.


• Work directly with the technical leaders of each sub-team to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative work environment. The role requires active engagement in team dynamics and project management to ensure efficient operation and effective problem-solving.


• Enforce the project management methodologies agreed upon with clients (Scrum, Kanban) and drive continuous process improvements. Monitor team compliance with established practices and lead efforts to optimize workflows and increase productivity.


• Serve as the primary liaison between the development teams and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a DevOps environment; experience as a Scrum Master or in a delivery management role is essential


• A technical background in software development or systems administration is preferable


• Excellent organisational and leadership skill


• Strong communication abilities


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Strong commitment to adhering to processes agreed upon with clients


• Being proactive, driven, and capable of motivating and leading teams through complex project stages


• Fluent English on C1/C2 level
