Our Requirements:


  • Working in Technical Support (2nd or 3rd level)

  • Experience in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and networks problems

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system (Event logs, Procmon usage, IIS logs)

  • Microsoft IIS Administration and Troubleshooting Experience

  • Active Directory/LDAP knowledge

  • Team player, self-motivated, eager to learn new things and technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service


Nice to have:



  • Experience as a software engineer with 2 or more years of experience in C# or C++

  • Experience in supporting development (R&D) teams

  • Powershell Experience for Implementation, Troubleshooting and Automation
