Executive Assistant with French, POZNAŃ


  • Proven experience as an Executive/Personal/Administrative Assistant or relevant role, preferably in an international environment

  • Working proficiency in English and French

  • Graduate or similar degree

  • Strong customer service mindset and style

  • Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of individuals, establish relationships on remote basis; well developed emotional intelligence

  • Computer-literate with strong email and calendaring skills; proficiency in MS Office/Google docs

  • Dynamic and autonomous with excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication, and team skills

  • Highly organised, problem-solver and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritise and meet engagement deadlines

    As part of the rapid development of our multifunctional team in Poznań, we are seeking highly motivated and self driven Executive Assistants to embark on our new project of supporting Paris based partners of our client, a global private equity firm with over €20 billion of assets under management.

    ,[Providing administrative support and information across different teams and locations (France, US, UK), Engaging with many different stakeholders in and outside the company and building relationships at all levels in the organisation Diary coordination for leaders, including scheduling global meetings and managing agenda, emailings, phone calls, Make travel arrangements; prepare itineraries and expense reports, Translating internal documentation FR-EN / EN-FR, Taking meeting minutes, editing, proofreading, formatting, and producing documents (.docx, slides, spreadsheets), Organise and maintain electronic files, handle general correspondence, expedite urgent, confidential and important correspondence to appropriate personnel., Given the size of the team, you will be fully responsible and will autonomously perform a high variety of activities, in addition to the ones detailed above., You will have the opportunity to spearhead ad-hoc projects, including event planning and team engagement across a cross-regional, hybrid working environment., You will be exposed to both asset management teams and partners.
