German Speaking UX/UI designer, WARSAW

As a member of the Service Delivery team, your role will involve close collaboration with a major cloud service provider, acting as an extension of their sales enablement team. Your primary focus will be on crafting pitches and developing responses to proposals for their end customers. Working alongside your Pod lead, design specialists, and client sales teams, you'll collaborate to produce impactful demo videos and applications integrated into pitches and proposal responses tailored to each individual end customer.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint solution areas and develop sales enablement materials (including pitches, interactive demos, proposals, etc.);

  • Comprehend client requirements thoroughly and deliver insightful sales presentations by conducting industry research and analysis;

  • Craft engaging interactive demos with compelling sales narratives for cloud services across various industry sectors;

  • Develop chat scripts to demonstrate Gen AI-based Chatbot use cases effectively;

  • Design application UX/UI using platforms like Flutterflow;

  • Oversee the creation of bid responses to support sales efforts;

  • Facilitate sales kick-off calls with the Sales organization and stakeholders to establish a bid traceability matrix, and coordinate with the designated bid team for prompt response delivery;

  • Conduct industry research across sectors such as BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology, etc., to gain insight into the user journey.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and German at an excellent level or proficient;

  • 1-3 years of experience in designing app UI/UX or identifying Gen AI-based use cases;
  • Proficient in solutioning and crafting customer journeys based on Gen AI use cases;

  • Ability to write scripts for videos, sizzle reels, and train low code LLMs;

  • Skilled in creating tailored pitch decks and applications for various industry verticals, customers, and personas;

  • Background in enterprise sales, pre-sales, or solutions would be advantageous.
