Global Compensation Analyst English C1, ŁÓDŹ

We are currently seeking candidates for a position for a global supplier in the packaging and printing media industry:


  • Conduct salary surveys and market research to determine competitive pay rates for various positions in different geographic locations.

  • Design and implement standardized processes and procedures for defining and assigning job codes, families, and roles.

  • Analyse compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand the current employee structure and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with Global HRIS and Senior Business Analyst to ensure that employee structure data is accurately reflected in HRIS system (SAP Successfactors) and other relevant systems.

  • Provide guidance and support to Global and Local HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters, including job codes, salary structures, and incentive programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.

  • Diversity Projects, such as Equal pay Analysis: to ensure equal pay for equal work across different demographics within the organization. Analyse salary data to identify and address any disparities based on factors such as gender, race, or ethnicity. This involves comparing compensation levels for employees in similar roles to ensure fairness and compliance with equal pay laws and company policies. Leverage analytical skills and expertise in compensation to support these initiatives and drive positive chang

  •  


  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration/ Intelligence, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Min 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

  • Proven experience in organizational development, or related roles with a focus on employee structure

  • Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS, SAP Successfactors, compensation survey databases).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
