IAM Platform Operations Analyst, WARSAW


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/business informatics or comparable technical or university education, ideally with a focus on IT/IT security

  • Three years of experience working in the IAM area ideally with Microsoft Entra ID (former Azure AD) or SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow

  • Experience working in IT operations

  • Experience with scripting, software development or web development preferably using PowerShell or Python

  • ITIL Knowledge in processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management) and tools (ServiceNow) is preferred

  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP cloud services is of advantage

  • Experience working in an regulated environment (e.g. GxP) is of advantage

  • Experience working with agile methodology such as SCRUM is of advantage

  • Experience working with Azure DevOps is of advantage

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Strong communication skills and user orientation

  • Quick learner with proven problem solving as well as planning and organizing skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated individual strong in teamwork

  • The IAM Platform Operations Analyst is an operationally focused position with the goal of ensuring secure operations of our IAM platforms and maintaining their compliance to internal and external regulations. The main responsibility is operation of the IAM platforms and related services according to our internal service management procedures which are based on the ITIL framework. Related tasks include incident handling, request handling, change management, knowledge management as well as access management. To ensure Bayer’s business operation the position participates in a rotating on call duty for handling of major incidents.


    In addition the position covers documentation of our processes and environment for internal and external audiences, development as well as modernization and updating of proprietary services/automations/integrations, definition of standards for collaboration with other parties in the IAM area, support of projects and consulting of users across the organization.


    A qualified candidate has extensive knowledge about IAM processes, tools and ideally relevant regulations such as GxP. They will work closely with internal stakeholders such as our IAM capability team focused on development and engineering, workplace teams, our internal service management organization, other team members as well as external service providers.
