Detailed description of work task to be carried out
IT analyst for retention and deletion workstream. Through cooperation with business drivers, application owners and other stakeholders identify applications that should be in scope of the central deletion engine. Furthermore participate in regular requirements analysis activities.
Description of knowledge and experience
IT analysis/requirements analysis experience, experience from IT analyses within a bank. Previous experience working in the banking sector, preferably with applications containing customer data. Good stakeholder management skills.
An ideal candidate profile:
- Experience in IT and/or business analysis
- Knowledge of the banking sector, or at least the financial sector will be advantage
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence
- Have great stakeholder management skills
- Have a strong business and technical background, with great analytical and requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional)
- Have very good communication and collaboration skills
- You are proactive, detail-oriented and quality driven
- You are familiar with Agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- You are a strong fan of continuous improvement and development
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration
