One of the world’s largest holdings is looking for IT Service Manager for Cracow's team!

The IT Service Manager is an individual responsible for supervising the continuous delivery and support of IT services, serving as the primary contact for any inquiries regarding these services. From an organizational standpoint, the ITSM must function within the framework of both past and future IT Target Operating models.

What will you do?
  • Understand your service, including its operations, infrastructure and business value
  • Manage the release process in collaboration with a team to ensure compliance with enterprise procedures, including presenting changes during CAB meetings
  • Handle incident and production support management
  • Ensure Operational Data documentation and associated Non-Functional Requirements are provided through the IT Service Acceptance process
  • Proactively monitor service performance using available Performance Monitoring Tools
  • Coordinate and support infrastructure activities such as patching, migrations, upgrades and service continuity testing
  • Ensure progress on infrastructure service design changes by engaging solution architects
  • Communicate with stakeholders, business, and IT colleagues regarding IT service provision inquiries
  • Participate in project prioritization


Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills:
  • IT expertise to understand system design and aid in troubleshooting and communication with other IT teams
  • Experience in service management, change management and/or incident management
  • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in cloud-based infrastructure, ideally AWS
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and focused on delivering results
  • Hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle
Nice to have
  • Experience with SecDevOps tooling
  • Skills and experience in infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance
  • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Nexus etc.
  • Experience with Performance testing and capacity management
