IT Support Manager, WARSZAWA

What we expect from you:


  • At least 2 years of experience in team management (1st, 2nd support line) and ability to delegate tasks

  • Very good knowledge of server operating systems, AD, MS Exchange, Office 365, Azure;

  • Knowledge and experience in working with ITIL

  • Ability to use technical knowledge to manage team work (deadlines, pricing)

  • Experience in a business/sales environment and maintaining good relationships with customers and suppliers

  • Openness to go beyond the defined scope of duties and taking initiative

  • Good communication in English

  • University degree in IT or a related field

  • Lead 10-ppl team that provides support for external customers

  • Supervise and coordinate IT tasks, incidents/problems, monitor task progress and time management

  • Plan and implement of goals and tasks of the IT Support Department

  • Up-sell to the existing customers and onboard new Clients – scale, plan and execute


As a IT Support Manager you will be working based on ITIL with technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure.
