Italian/French/German Speaking Senior Gen AI Analyst, GDAŃSK

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to address inquiries related to incentive programs. These may include questions about incentive calculation, payment, disbursement, and more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to pinpoint solution areas and transform them into captivating sales enablement materials, including interactive demos for proposals and presentations;

• Thoroughly grasp client briefs and conduct industry research to craft insightful presentations tailored to specific customer needs and industries;

• Utilize no-code/low-code platforms such as Flutterflow to create user-friendly mobile app prototypes showcasing Generative AI capabilities;

• Incorporate compelling chat scripts into app demos to effectively showcase the potential of AI-powered chatbots within proposed solutions;

• Work closely with design specialists and client sales teams to seamlessly integrate high-impact demo videos and apps into pitches and proposals;

• Continuously conduct industry research across various sectors (BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, etc.) to gain deeper insights into user journeys and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency level of English and one of the mentioned languages.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field;

• Over 5 years of experience in app development, with a preference for utilizing no-code/low-code platforms;

• Demonstrated expertise in crafting user journeys and proficiency in UI/UX design principles;

• Robust understanding of Generative AI-based app development and its diverse applications;

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and proficiency in API integration;

• Background in the technology sector, especially within cloud or SaaS environments.
