Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Junior Cloud Support Specialist for Polish and Ukrainian Markets:Your responsibilities will include:

• solving technical problems of the company's customers related to the use of Google Workspace,
• providing support for migration from third-party solutions to Google Workspace, 
• conducting trainings for customers on the Google Workspace solution,
• Participation in pre-sales meetings with customers, 
• appearing at industry events, providing support for the sales and marketing department from tech perspective.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:

• Polish and English language on very good level (at least B2+) and Ukrainian language on a native level,
• previous experience in IT environment (DNS, Operating Systems, Networks),
• knowledge of Google services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar,
• willingness to work with customers and support them on a daily basis.

Knowledge “nice to have”:

• Experience in administering Google Workspace,
• knowledge of command lines (CLI) and basics of Linux,
• SaaS services (CRM, Ticket Management, etc.).
