  • You have some experience in sourcing IT candidates.

  • You have a good knowledge of English (B2+ level).

  • You are creative and have strong writing skills (also in English).

  • You enjoy working with people, thrive on interpersonal relationships and have strong communication skills.

  • You are an open, energetic person with a can-do attitude.

  • You are available full-time.

  • You are based in Poznań or nearby.
