Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Help in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information. Ensure all project stakeholders are informed about project progress, changes, and requirements.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct quality assurance checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership. Ensure clear and timely communication of project updates, milestones, and issues.
• Assist in resource allocation and utilization. Track resource availability and utilization to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing project management practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project management or a related role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
