We are searching for a graduate or final year student to join our Support Team. Our ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting across different applications & customers and be proficient in the development/fix of web-based information management
system using .NET and SQL Server.

,[Diagnosis, analysis and reproduction of customer issues to ensure understanding of root cause of software problems, Providing technical customer support, setting up, configuration and monitoring of web-application servers, Resolving core application issues through direct action or by escalating non-resolvable issues to senior developers, Pro-active contact with key customers to review progress and offer technical support, Taking care of application maintenance / bug fixing, Conducting data analysis / system queries, Providing on-going development / system enhancements] Requirements: SQL, .NET, C#, ASP, T-SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Tools: Jira, Confluence, GIT.
