    ,[Manage advanced quality activities at our client, Manage the proper alignment of resources , defining goals and expectations, coaching and assessing performance against established milestones, Participate Program Reviews (Internal and Executive Reviews) with cross functional team with defined expectations, Link Gate sign-off milestones and expectations with Team performance metrics, Participate in Design for Manufacturing and Design for Cost reviews through the PDP Process, Primary contact on all Customer quality concerns; ensuring all quality concerns are communicated accordingly, Provide support to all departments for quality system development, corrective and preventative action and problem solving resolution, Develop relationships with personnel from major OEM's; other QA Managers/Directors/ Management within Corporate; AQSR Registration agency, Assist in Supplier selection and certification as required, Assist in the statistical process control improvements with manufacturing and supplier base, Complete all APQP-related activities, ECR processes, PDP (*D), and all other Quality Management System requirements as needed, Support Sales initiatives to further develop Customer relationships and seek new business, Good working knowledge of project information and project interdependencies in order to make informed decisions, Secures buy-off from all internal Customers on Program Strategy Documents / methods / Processes, Check of customer special requirements and check for feasibility inside the plant] Requirements:
