Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing of the client's system to identify and mitigate performance bottlenecks and issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for efficient and effective performance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scenarios and profiles for performance testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of use cases.
• Collect and analyze performance measurements of the tested system, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Visualize collected data and insights from the analysis, providing clear and actionable reports to relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams, DevOps, TechOps, and Product Owners to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle and ensure continuous improvement.
• Raise defects and work with relevant teams to prioritize and resolve them in a timely manner, maintaining the integrity and reliability of the tested systems.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in performance testing, with a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jmeter or similar performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Experience working in the finance and banking sector, with a solid understanding of industry-specific requirements and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
