Portuguese Speaking Client Support Specialist, GDAŃSK
In this role, you'll work closely with customers to address inquiries related to incentive programs. These may include questions about incentive calculation, payment, disbursement, and more.
Responsibilities
Regularly engage and communicate with high-end client partners
Offer comprehensive support to client partners regarding incentive programs via email
Address and resolve queries from partners and subsidiaries regarding incentive calculation, payment, disbursement, and related matters
Enroll and onboard partners into the client ecosystem based on established eligibility criteria
Manage the entire payment process, including processing incentive earnings calculations, claims, and reconciliation.
Qualifications
Strong written communication skills in English & Portuguese (B2 proficiency)
Keen interest and rapid learning aptitude for high-tech products and services
Previous experience in reconciling accounting figures and financial records
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Solid numerical proficiency and logical reasoning abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in professional email correspondence
Adept at handling sensitive information appropriately
Ability to meet deadlines effectively
Collaborative team player with experience working with various stakeholders
Robust client relationship management and customer service abilities
Willingness to work in the office and on the 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM shift.
