Our team develops and supports the optimization components across many product areas including airline crew scheduling, airport resource management, and operations recovery.

YOU WILL

• Designs, implements, tests, and debugs optimization software used to solve complex problems in the airline industry
• Makes recommendations to improve the design and quality of models
• Performs applied research and designs and develops new algorithms and methodologies.

Kogo poszukujemy?

MUST HAVE

• Masters/Ph. D in Operations Research, Decision Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Advanced knowledge in C++/Java and associated development tools
• 8+ years of software development experience with a record of delivering successful products and developing complex optimization algorithm
• Good communication skills; written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in simulation, big data management, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• Experience with optimization solvers (CPLEX, Gurobi) for LP/IP
• Experience with solving large-scale optimization using decomposition algorithms and other advanced OR techniques for linear and non-linear optimization
• Experience in Cloud software/platform solution implementation
• Experience with containerization
• Multi-threaded application development
• Working knowledge of AGILE development
• Ability to write well-tested code
