Product Manager, CENTRUM GDAŃSK

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

You will be part of the Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning (AAML) team at our Client. The team is international, all working together to address large-scale machine learning challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for one of the teams within AAML. You'll collaborate with key internal stakeholders and customers to collect requirements, steer solution development, and prioritize initiatives. You will craft materials that promote the vision, empower others, and generate enthusiasm. Your efforts will focus on promoting widespread adoption throughout the company and transforming how data science is approached at our Client.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• professional background combining product management and software engineering,
• skills in managing an Analytics-oriented product, with additional expertise in Data Science being beneficial,
• capability to champion a product; capable of explaining the product's features, its benefits, operational details, adaptation processes, future modifications, and customizing this information for different audiences,
• knowledge of technology systems and the operational ecosystem, assisting the team in navigating obstacles,
• proficiency in using machine learning frameworks and performing statistical analysis using Python, R, or similar technologies would be advantageous,
• engagement in cooperative efforts with various teams and cross-functional roles including engineers, principal engineers, scrum masters, and TPMs,
• responsible for updating stakeholders about work progress, addressing issues on the roadmap, and making necessary adjustments,
• experience and a successful history in adopting new tools and technologies,
• experience working with several Agile teams and is familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, and XP Programming,
• strong communication skills, effective in interacting with both engineering team members and business personnel.
