Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Your Tasks:

  • Representing The Interests Of The Customer: As A Product Owner, You Are The Representative Of Stakeholders, Clients, And Management In Technical Matters. Your Task Is To Consider The Interests And Needs Of All Parties Involved And Ensure That The Team Creates Maximum Value. 
  • Managing The Product Backlog: You Collect The Requirements Of All Stakeholders For The Product. These Requirements Are Converted Into Tasks And Sorted By Priority. The Product Owner Decides Which Tasks Should Be Worked On Next. 
  • Ensure That Product Features And Roadmap Align With Regulatory Requirements And Collaborate With Legal And Compliance Teams To Ensure Adherence. 
  • Collaboration With The Development Team: You Work Closely With The Agile Product Development Team To Realize The Product Vision. Together With The Developers, You Translate The Requirements Into Functional Solutions
  • Release Management: You Decide When Developed Product Components (Increments) Will Be Released. This Requires Balancing The Requirements Of Stakeholders With The Technical Capabilities Of The Development Team. 
  • Communication And Coordination: You Are In Regular Communication With All Stakeholders To Ensure That Product Development Meets Expectations.

Your qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: clear and effective communication to convey product vision, requirements, and priorities to stakeholders and team members. 
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability To Analyze Data, Market Trends, And User Feedback To Make Informed Decisions And Prioritize Product Features. 
  • Agile Proficiency: strong understanding and application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for efficient product development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent Leadership Skills To Motivate Teams, Manage Relationships With Stakeholders, And Drive Product Success. 
  • Proven Ability To Understand The Business Processes Within The Sectors Served, And The Solution’s Functional Coverage Together With The Technology Used
  • Deep Financial Industry Understanding (Payment Systems) And Regulations (Like PSD2)
  • Excellent Written And Spoken English.
