What skills are we looking for:

• Ca. 5 years of experience in a role of a Project Manager


• Proven experience in implementing new processes within existing teams


• Extensive experience working on projects that involve both software and hardware solutions, demonstrating proficiency in managing the complexities associated with integrating technological components


• IoT Knowledge (Strong understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts, technologies, and applications, with a focus on the energy sector preferred)


• Excellent communication skills


• Conflict resolution skills


• Fluency in English and Polish
