What will you do?

• Effectively plans considering delivery limitations and optimizes the plan to maximize advantages while minimizing risks.
• Ensures that the agreed-upon scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget are handled according to Business Transformation Frameworks.
• Actively monitors project progress to promptly identify risks, issues, and dependencies as they arise during the project's lifecycle.
• Creates a clearly defined project plan, highlighting significant milestones and assigning responsibilities and resources.
• Creates the plan in accordance with the Global Transformation Project Management Framework.
• Communicates the plan to relevant stakeholders.
• Develops and/or reviews estimates and assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost using established Global Transformation estimating models, best practices, and past experience.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills:

• Understands and applies the principles of project management, delivering complex projects and multi-workstream programmes on time, cost and quality
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects within the banking industry through various market channels. Experience in Open Banking is necessary!
• Understanding of the purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of Global Transformation
• Familiarity with banking and how change initiatives contribute to benefits for them, their customer and other stakeholders
• Experience in project management
• Ability to manage teams across different work streams
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, achieving desired business outcomes
• Experience in stakeholder management, including effective communication, influencing and overseeing project governance
• Proficiency in implementation, change management and realizing project benefits
