Czym będziesz się zajmować?

What will you do?

• You will work with an international team of developers
• Assign tasks within the team, plan the schedule, and control the progress of the work
• Oversee the budget and progress of the project
• Ensure effective communication, motivation, and leadership of the team
• Build and maintain customer relations
• Actively respond to opportunities to expand the cooperation with the client
• Plan the development of the team's competencies

Kogo poszukujemy?

• You are an ideal candidate for this position if you:
• have at least 4 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry
• have experience in working with ProjectServer and Power BI
• use project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• have experience in managing a distributed team
• have experience in cooperation with a foreign client
• can manage several projects at the same time
• can negotiate with both clients and developers
• know how to set priorities
• are resilient to stress and able to work under time pressure
• have the ability to think independently and analytically
• are fluent in spoken and written English (min. B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience in the e-commerce industry
• Certifications (Scrum Master/Product Owner/IPMA/PMI etc.)
