QA Manager, WARSZAWA


  • Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position in a software development company;

  • Familiarity with manual testing tools, automated testing, and strategies for their implementation in the organization;

  • Experience in management, including goal setting, performance management, and team development;

  • Proficient experience in CI/CD methodologies, ideally with prior engagement in transitioning DevOps practices towards CI/CD frameworks in past roles;

  • Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD);

  • Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication with stakeholders from the UK.

  • Good to have skills:



    • Certifications and completion of training in Quality Assurance.
