Your responsibilities:

• Analysis and communication of internal complaints as well as supplier complaints and other external complaints


• Starting-up improvement actions by analyzing trend developments of the checks carried out during productions


• Independently initiating new process improvement projects in production and process control methods in production


• Creating instructions and procedures and implementing them by training relevant production departments


• Incoming control of components and final product inspection


• Conducting GMP, constant audits of order and cleanliness in production along with reports and communicating conclusions in the production area, creating action plans and continuous follow-up


• Conducting internal audits with making and follow up of corrective actions out of audit reports


• Periodic analysis of key specific indicators


• Preparing approval reports for new products

Requirements:

• University degree in Quality Management, Process Engineering, Technology, Chemistry or related fields


• Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in the quality department


• Proficiency in MS Office applications


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English


• Entrepreneurial attitude, self-starter, drive, understanding of business processes


• Strong analytical skills with the readiness to form judgments


• Ability to communicate and work with people on different levels, expertise, and locations
