- You have good English skills. The entire company's communication is in English only.
- You have completed a (technical) university degree or an IT-related apprenticeship, are self-taught, or have gained experience in an agency or self-employed job.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
- Solid understanding of React concepts and component-based architecture.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with modern frontend build tools, such as Webpack or Babel.
- Nice to have: Node.js, GraphQL, Websockets
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

As the owner of one of Germany's largest marketing agencies, we are currently rebuilding an employee platform called Workbase.com and we are looking for experienced talent to join our team in Wrocław and help us make Workbase the best platform ever.
In other companies, team leaders often sit next to new employees for weeks to train them well. Links to tools and checklists are sent back and forth between each other via Slack instead of employees being able to access them centrally. An intranet may exist, but it's stuck in 1990. Training materials may be available as PDFs or incomprehensible and vague videos, but they are not really helpful.
With Workbase we want to solve these problems and help our customers to a better structure, more efficient and better trained employees, so that they can prevail against their competitors in the long run and become market leaders in their market.
