• Rate: up to 120 PLN/h + VAT
• Location: Gdynia, Poland
• Work mode: once per week in the office

Project Description:

Welcome to the Release and Change Management Team. We add value by enabling efficient, scalable and repeatable release management operations for the vast majority of IT initiatives

As a Release Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to Client's technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with Client's standards.

You will be working with many different stakeholders such as other release managers, Test managers, Product owners, Execution leads, Scrum Masters, Operations teams etc, in order to secure a safe and successful delivery

Main Resposibilities:

• Coordinating, planning and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications.
• Release and deployment planning and coordination of multiple parallel releases
• Planning release go live and post-go-live activities.
• Planning, coordinating and tracking change activities throughout the release activitie
• Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone.
• Planning and setting up handover sessions

• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English

An ideal candidate profile:

• IT project management and planning skills (5+ years)
• Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (preferably from the banking sector)
• Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework (preferably on Client’s side )
• Confident working with Project Management tools. (Jira,Confluence)
• Experience to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
• Basic understanding of DevOps of working
• Have great communication skills and fundamental technical knowledge
