RTP Product Manager, WARSZAWA


  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree.

  • Strong background in product management for advanced analytics products in Financial  Services, encompassing client facing delivery experience.

  • Experience working in Financial Crime and/or Payments within the Financial Services industry.

  • Proven record of accomplishment of success in fast-paced, agile environments with demanding timelines.

  • Experience in designing and taking products to market that use complex modelling techniques (inc. AI/ML).

  • Passion for innovating and delivering truly differentiated products & user experiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface across levels, regions, cultures, and languages, and engage successfully with both specialist teams  and broader business partners.

  • Strong ability to consume complex data and information, develop insights and create  impactful stories.

  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning, drive change management. • Ability to lead executive messaging.

    • About the project 


    The chosen specialist will join the RTP Risk Analytics product team, who design and build state  of the art advanced AI products to help Financial Institutions detect and prevent fraud & scams  in real-time payments, using advanced AI techniques.  


    The Product Manager will be responsible for executing and delivering the rapid design and build  of our cutting-edge AI products. This includes the delivery of client pitches and demos, fostering  client relationships, and supporting delivery of pilots and live service to clients.

    ,[Lead the design and execution of the RTP Risk Analytics product suite including: , Managing end-to-end execution of new product development for live service. , Participating and providing business input to the design and technology discussions , Leading and collaborating with teams to align RTP Risk Analytics with Global strategy, product suite, and processes. , Working with Product, Research, Engineering, UX teams, and others to deliver product goals. , Managing, prioritizing, and planning of varied initiatives in parallel. , Working closely with multiple teams including Data Science, Software Development, AI platform, Infrastructure and Network teams to deliver components of the product(s). , Presenting findings, results, and value proposition to clients. , Deliver client pitches and demos to internal and external stakeholders. , Build regional market relationships. , Take a creative and Design Thinking approach to develop innovative solutions to industry challenges. , Support in managing team as needed. Support wider product team as needed. , Play an instrumental role in the RTP Risk Analytics team, actively participating in the overall strategy design, commercialization, and execution of Risk Analytics products. , Become go-to-person for Live Service of RTP Products.
