Sales/Area Manager, WARSAW

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be the key leader in our sales team, responsible for driving the growth and success of our company in the Polish market. We are seeking someone with experience in SaaS, software, or marketing services sales, as well as exceptional skills in team management and interdepartmental coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate closely with the post-sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in SaaS, software, marketing services, or a similar industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Polish, both spoken and written.
  • Fluency in English would be an added value.
  • Experience in sales team management and coordination with post-sales, quality, customer retention, and other involved departments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Availability to undergo initial onboarding at the company's Headquarters in Vigo for approximately one month.
